Please take a moment to review the rules and regulations as outlined below for the 2024 Susquehanna Greenway Outdoor Expo.
1. This event will be held rain or shine.
2. All vendors must supply and set up their own tables, chairs, and tents or canopies. All tents and canopies must be weighted or secured to the ground via stakes at corners.
3. Susquehanna Greenway Partnership will assign booth space.
4. Vendors agrees to have display active and open during operating hours of the expo. Vendors opening late and closing early will be noted and will be documented in your file for future expos.
5. All vehicles must enter, unload, and park under the direction of Susquehanna Greenway Partnership.
6. Spaces must be left clean at the time of your departure.
7. Booth structures must not obstruct other vendors.
8. Your electronic receipt received at payment checkout is your receipt. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be returned.
9. Each vendor is responsible for collection and submission of Pennsylvania sales tax.
10. All vendors shall provide the Susquehanna Greenway Partnership with a certificate of commercial general liability insurance, naming Susquehanna Greenway Partnership as an additional insured, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per person, per incident. A certificate of insurance is required by 7/3/2024. If your entity does not hold insurance, you may instead request a waiver by emailing
[email protected]. Those hosting risk-associated demos or workshops may be required to provide an additional certificate. SGP will follow up individually if you fall within this category.
11. Vendors must comply with Public Safety Laws and Fire Marshall Requirements. Check with us about any concerns. DON’T ASSUME.
12. The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vendors’ booth or products.
13. By completing this application, the vendor/exhibitor agrees to abide by these rules and regulations and the decisions of the Susquehanna Greenway Partnership.
