Susquehanna Greenway Cleanup Month
Since 2018, the Susquehanna Greenway Partnership has organized a river town cleanup during the week of Earth Day. What started as a small initiative in Williamsport, expanded into the Susquehanna Greenway Cleanup Week, and now, in 2024, it will be the Susquehanna Greenway Cleanup Month. Each year, the program continues to grow. SGP seeks volunteers and groups to join cleanup efforts in towns across the Greenway and make a BIG DIFFERENCE in keeping it clean & beautiful.

2020 (COVID) Observe Earth Day at Home
- Due to the onset of COVID-19, the official cleanup was not held, but individuals were encouraged to do their part celebrating Earth Week on their own.
