About the Park
Irvin Park, located in the town of Curwensville, has something for everyone including tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a new boat launch. A great place for events, the park offers the option to reserve its pavilions for picnics and reunions, as well as a band shell for outdoor concerts. The park is also the setting for the annual Curwensville Days celebration in July, a week-long festival with food, games, and live entertainment along the Susquehanna River.
Irvin park is a popular fishing destination, and its new boat launch provides easy river access for kayaking and canoeing.
