Two Join Susquehanna Greenway Partnership Board
Lewisburg, PA- The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership(SGP) is pleased to announce the addition of two new members, Erica Shames and Meg Finn, to its Board of Directors. Shames, and Finn join nine other board members whose role is to further SGP’s mission and provide overall strategic guidance to the organization.
Meg Finn is the Executive Director of Lycoming Arts (The Williamsport Lycoming Arts Council, est. 1960). With experiecnes in psychology, theater, entertainment, finance, event
management and public relations, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the Board and Artisan Community to embark on the orgnaizations's next chapter. "I want to contribute to the preservation and promotion of our valuable greenway and partner in the development of a vibrant community," says Finn. A Williamsport native, Miss Funn is a graduate of Kent '94 and Harvard University '00. In addition to considerable National Affliations, Meg is the Resource Development Chair for The Uptown Music Collective Board of Directors and member of the Development Committee for the Board of Directors of The Susquehanna Greenway Partnership.
SGP’s Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the business, municipal, academic, and volunteer communities of Pennsylvania. It’s the Board’s responsibility is to provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation of the SGP, as well as to raise awareness of the SGP’s mission to the surrounding communities.
