1. Ber Vaughn Park and Pool
Equipped with swings, monkey bars, slides, and wide open space, the Ber Vaughn Park is an excellent place to bring the entire family for an afternoon of active play. Adjacent to the park is the Ber Vaughn Pool. According to the Berwick Aria Swimming Pool Association, the Ber-Vaughn Pool is the largest community pool in Pennsylvania!
Bird watching and nature viewing at the 1,200-acre Susquehanna Riverlands will inspire and captivate your inner explorer. It is designated an important bird area by the Pennsylvania Audubon Society and is a site on the Susquehanna River Birding and Wildlife Trail.
Access the Susquehanna River from Test Track Park, or enjoy the mile-long Riverfront Trail. Each year Test Track Park hosts the Annual Bass Tournament, Columbia Montour Visitors Bureau Family Fun Fest, and Berwick Riverfest.
Enjoy a day on the greens at Rolling Pines Golf Course where golfers of any level can feel challenged by the natural landscape. The Berwick Golf Club is another pristine location to participate in this classic game. Professional golf lessons are also available at the Berwick Golf Club.
The Jackson Mansion is a hub of historical and cultural activity. Summers are ushered in with an annual Summer Concert Series, and the holiday season is led with the Victorian Candlelight Christmas Tour. Tours of the Jackson Mansion are available 9 months out of the year.
